How Can I Place an Order? TOP

Simply add the item(s) using the "order" button. When ready to check out you can use our "View Your Cart Button" located in the left hand column of our website. Ordering online is easy and secure. All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your bank, credit card, and personal information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed using our secure shopping cart and are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your information.

Sales Tax TOP

Because Pink Diva Boutique is located in the state of Conneticut we are required to charge a 6% sales tax to orders shipped to a Connecticut address. Those who live outside of Conneticut will not be charged for sales tax.

Out of Stock/Back Ordered Products TOP

In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail to ask whether you want to place the order and wait for it to be stocked, place an order for an alternate item, or cancel your order.

Custom Order Items

Most of the products we carry are custom made to order items and are non-refundable and all sales are final. Please contact our customer service department if you have questions on a particular item.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department at info@pinkdivaboutique.com within 2 days of receiving your order. All returns must be approved and require a return authorization number. All returned items must be unused and in the originaln packaging with tags attached. The returned item must be received by us within 10 days of issuing the return authorization or your return will not be accepted. Depending on the product being returned you may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Exchanges

If for some reason you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service department within 2 days of receiving your item. All exchanges must be approved by our customer service department.

There are no refunds,exchanges, or store credit issued after 30 days from receipt of your order.
