This tutu is gorgeous and elegant! It is made of all white tulle and has a black ribbon tied at the waist, the black ribbon has a rhinestone button sewn into the center of the bow.

When measuring your child, keep in mind that our tutus are made with 1" stretch elastic and it will stretch at least 2".

12-24 Months: 18"waist 11"
3T: 19"waist 12" length
4T: 20"waist 13"length
5: 21"waist 14"length
